Fall is upon
us. The leaves are changing. The scorching heat of Summer is behind us, but
there will be another Summer just like the one that we were just in. We
complain “It’s too hot” while in the midst of it and then complain in the midst
of Winter “It’s too cold”, but Fall is a different. It’s comfortable. It’s
neither too hold or too cold. Fall is the season of regeneration. it’s a time
for the trees to shed their power and to return it to the Earth. The Earth is
there during all of the seasons, not complaining one bit about it being too
cold or too hot. It just is. It is present in the moment of doing what it needs
to do. It’s not about complaining and comparing one moment of life to the next.
It just is.
